Email contact@legacydancelv.com or call (702) 830-4991. Include the email on the account and a short description of the problem. Never send a password, authentication code, or livestream token.
Registration and account access
Adults age 18 or older can register in the app, confirm their email, and wait for studio approval. The submitted enrolled-dancer family last name can be matched to an existing Jackrabbit family, but a staff member still approves access. If a confirmation or password-reset link expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Private family messages
The app provides one shared thread between the studio and each family. Approved parents assigned to the same family can see its history. Use the report control on a message for inappropriate content. Legacy Dance staff with communications access review reports and may restrict abusive accounts.
Legacy Live
The app shows the current access state and only lists cameras authorized for the signed-in family. Access can be unavailable because no eligible class is active, the service is paused, or the account is not currently entitled. For help, contact the studio. Do not record, screenshot, download, or share a livestream.
Notifications, privacy, and deletion
Notification categories can be changed in the app. Lock-screen alerts use generic wording. Ordinary parents can permanently delete their account in Settings by entering the required confirmation, even before approval or while a policy update is pending. Login, profile, device, and preference records are removed when deletion is confirmed; shared family correspondence can remain with the sender anonymized. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
